What is happening to Safion and Datascout?
We are bringing the AI assistant functionality natively into the Datascout environment. This simplifies your toolkit while providing the long-term institutional stability backed by Bursting Silver.
Do I need to learn a new system or change my login?
No. We guarantee zero immediate disruption. Your daily workflow, login page, and user interface remain exactly the same.
Will my pricing change?
Your current subscription terms and pricing are guaranteed for the remainder of your contract. At no additional cost, existing Datascout clients will receive access to:
- One assistant if you are enrolled in the Essentials plan
- Five assistants if you are enrolled in the Standard plan
- Ten assistants if you are enrolled in the Professional plan
As we introduce new tiers in the future, you will have ample, transparent notice to choose the model that best fits your needs.
Is my member data secure?
Yes. Datascout and Safion features will never use your member data to train third-party models.
What new features are coming in the next 90 days?
We are integrating features designed to reduce administrative burden and amplify your staff's reach — without requiring heavy technical training.
I currently use Safion. Will the name change immediately?
While the Safion name will gradually transition over to Datascout, the tools and features you rely on remain fully functional and supported. You will simply start seeing the Datascout logo alongside Safion during this transition. Access to the Safion platform will eventually be through a datascout.ai domain name.
Will I need to re-upload or migrate my member data?
Absolutely not. The integration is entirely on our backend. Your data remains exactly where it is — secure and accessible.
Who do I contact for technical support moving forward?
Your current support channels and contacts remain unchanged. You will continue to receive the same high level of support from the team you already know.
